Dice Trays

Our dice trays are another sole sourced product brought to you by Box Cars and One-Eyed Jacks! Dice trays are a powerful tool for unlocking math potential in students. The trays have a similar feeling to playing with lego and provide engaging, hands on learning. Dice trays facilitate many different games and math concepts and can be used in whole class, small group, differentiated centres, and in the home. We have found that students are actively engaged with dice trays for 20 to 30 minutes of learning, a far longer time than with paper and pencil practice. This manipulative is easy to use and fun for everyone involved. Math concepts include basic operational fluency, graphing, fractions, place value, expanding notation of whole numbers, and decimals.
